Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Ensure invoices are supported and approved before posting.
• Record expenses with correct accounting codes.
• Process invoices and payments accurately using correct bank accounts and timelines.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier statements.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders on invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly payments for expenses claims and vendor payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
