Qualifications

• Experience in full-set accounting and monthly close.
• Experience with GST returns and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in bank reconciliations and vendor settlements.
• Experience managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts by performing daily accounts entry to ensure accurate financial records
• Process monthly supplier payments to maintain timely vendor settlements
• Close accounts monthly to prepare for financial reporting
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify cash balances and detect discrepancies
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to comply with tax regulations
• Manage worker work pass applications to maintain legal workforce compliance
• Oversee worker and company insurance arrangements to mitigate organizational risks
• Lead recruitment and termination processes to maintain optimal staffing levels
