Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Finance & HR Specialist to manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia, handle monthly closing, payroll, GST and statutory compliance, and assist with reporting. You will liaise with auditors, banks and service providers, support HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, and ensure adherence to local laws.

Diploma/degree in Finance, Accountancy or HR with 3+ years of relevant experience required; Navision experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Certificate or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, HR or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience managing Singapore and Malaysia entities is an advantage.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Navision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, accounts payable and receivable.
Review branch financial reports and provide support on financial and ad hoc projects.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and corporate secretarial providers.
Handle GST, corporate tax and statutory compliance matters for Singapore and Malaysia.
