The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts cum HR Executive/Assistant to support finance, accounting, human resources, and compliance across Singapore and Malaysia. You will partner with management to ensure financial discipline and regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include managing full sets of accounts, monthly closes, cash flow, AP/AR, payroll, HR records, and onboarding.

We are seeking a Finance & HR Executive/Assistant to provide comprehensive support across finance, accounting, human resources, and compliance functions.
This role serves as a key business partner to management, ensuring financial discipline, regulatory compliance & operational efficiency across entities in Singapore and Malaysia.
Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities
Oversee monthly financial closing and management reporting
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Monitor cashflow and working capital requirements
Review financial reports submitted by branch office
Handle ad-hoc project
Review supplier invoices and payment schedules
Monitor receivables and collection activities
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and corporate secretaries
Prepare audits schedules and supporting documentation
Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards
Manage GST submissions and corporate tax matters
Ensure compliance with ACRA, IRAS and CPF (Singapore) / KWSP, Perkeso, LHDN, SSM (Malaysia) requirements
Manage payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia entities.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and statutory requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee records, and documentation.
Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support and guidance.
Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances.
Manage all MOM work pass applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulatory changes in Singapore and Malaysia.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum O'Levels/or equivalent Diploma & above in related disciplines preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.
Experience handling both Singapore and Malaysia entities.
Experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Navision experience is an advantage
