Job summary

Legacy of Prawn, a Singapore-based F&B brand, is looking for an organized Accounts & HR Executive / Assistant. You will balance daily finances, support payroll-related tasks, and help manage a growing network of stalls with precision and discretion.

The role covers bookkeeping across outlets, invoicing, payments, cash reconciliation, and maintaining orderly records. You will also assist with HR administration, attendance tracking, onboarding, and smooth daily operations to keep venues thriving.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or multi-outlet environments.
• Practical bookkeeping and HR administration background.
• Comfort with POS systems and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping across multiple outlets and stalls.
• Invoicing, supplier documents, and payments processing.
• Cash and sales reconciliation with POS data.
• HR administration including attendance tracking and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support daily operations and ad-hoc tasks across outlets.
