Job summary

KANG LOGISTICS PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts cum HR Assistant to support daily accounting, HR and administrative operations in Singapore. The role requires handling invoices, data entry, supplier payments, payroll processing, CPF contributions, and HR administration.

We expect candidates with accounting, HR and admin experience; MYOB experience is advantageous. The position is a 5-day work week with a monthly salary of S$2,800–S$3,000, and eligibility to work in Singapore is required.

Qualifications

• Candidates with accounting, HR and administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with MYOB accounting software will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of payroll, CPF, IR8A, IR21 and work pass procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and HR administrative tasks.
• Prepare invoices, data entry and supplier payments using MYOB.
• Assist payroll processing and CPF contributions.
• Support work pass applications and HR-related functions.
• Maintain proper documentation and office records.
