TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-qualified finance professional to maintain accounts, coordinate audits, and oversee payroll and statutory compliance.

The role involves handling banking transactions, budgeting, MIS reporting under the CEO's guidance, and preparing internal management notes, contracts, resolutions, mails, and presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with VLOOKUP, is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance / Accountancy/Business required.
• Preference for 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Accounts, Audit Co-ordination, pay roll run and Accounting, Statutory Compliance including returns.
• Banking transactions-Account Opening, FD Placement and renewal, KYC Compliance, Payment processing, necessary record keeping and required co-ordinations with Banks & Service providers.
• Preparation of Budget /periodical MIS/reports under guidance from CEO.
• Preparations of Internal Management Notes, contracts, resolutions, mails, and presentations etc. under guidance of CEO.
• General Office Duty, office management including any ad-hoc assignments as and when required to support CEO.
• Good in Microsoft office (Excel, VLOOKUP)
