Zusammenfassung

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an entry-level accounting professional to support the finance team in Singapore. You will assist with balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements, and ensure timely journal entry postings and reconciliations.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, learn-fast attitude. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifikationen

Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software systems.
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Aufgaben

Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Update financial data in databases to ensure information is accurate and readily available.
Prepare monthly reports.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Assist in financial audit and other reporting requirements.
Compute monthly clients' portfolio net asset value.
Perform other duties as assigned.
