Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced finance professional to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting for the Group and its subsidiaries in Singapore.

The role focuses on full-set accounting, month-end closing, and financial reporting, with responsibilities including WIP accounting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and interaction with external auditors. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential for accurate statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of working experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting or in Construction/ Playground industry.
• Experience in WIP accounting is preferred.
• Exposure to Group consolidation or consolidated financial statements will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Manage full-set accounting, including month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Handle Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting, including reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist with Group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary audit schedules and documentation.
• Review quarterly GST submissions for Singapore subsidiaries.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, procedures and internal controls.
• Supervise and provide guidance to finance team members.
