Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive with hands-on GL, month-end closing and AP experience. The role focuses on GL activities, closing processes, and financial reporting, with involvement in AP processing as needed.

Candidates should have 3–7 years of accounting experience, proficiency with SAP ERP, and relevant finance qualifications. Work is onsite at Tuas with company transport provided; salary ranges from SGD 3,500 to 4,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• 3-7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in GL and month-end closing.
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice processing and payments.
• Good knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations and audit schedules.
• Experience with SAP ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle General Ledger (GL) accounting and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments and closing adjustments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and audit schedules.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) including invoice posting, payment processing and vendor-related matters.
• Reconcile AP ledger and ensure payments are accurately recorded.
• Create and maintain AP vendor records in SAP.
• Generate and reconcile inventory reports between SAP and internal records.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and related accounting entries.
• Assist with monthly GST return preparation.
• Assist with tax schedules and tax computation.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Assist with intercompany and transfer pricing documentation.
• Update monthly foreign exchange rates.
• Assist in preparation of monthly board reporting.
• Support JTC sublet application, renewal and cancellation matters where required.
• Handle other ad-hoc finance and accounting duties assigned.

About the Roe

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands‑on experience in General Ledger (GL), month‑end closing and Accounts Payable (AP) . The role will mainly focus on GL accounting, month‑end closing, reconciliations and financial reporting , while also supporting day‑to‑day AP processing and payment activities. Full‑set accounting experience is preferred but not compulsory.
