Tian Tian Holdings (CRM) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a finance professional to oversee full-set accounting, including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closings in a fast-paced F&B environment.

The role involves preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L, conducting bank reconciliations, budgeting, GST submissions, and coordinating audits with tax agents and external partners. Experience in Singapore accounting practices is required.

Qualifikationen

• Accounting/finance degree or equivalent qualification.
• ACCA Level 1 or 2 preferred for progression.
• GST knowledge and Singapore accounting practices required.

• Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL and daily bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidation balance sheet and P&L.
• Perform bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end closings.
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting entries.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare GST submissions and support audits and tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on payments.
• Support external audits and liaise with banks and tax agents.
• Assist with other finance and accounting duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, daily bookkeeping transactions
• Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing and year end closingPerform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting transactions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare GST submissions and support audit and tax matters
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters
• Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agents, banks, and auditors and other external parties
• Support other finance and accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• LCCI Diploma, ACCA level 1 or 2, Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Min 3 years of relevant full-set accounting experiences
• Preferably experience in F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software ABSS (formerly MYOB)
