Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is seeking a meticulous accountant to manage full-set accounting for our Singapore operations. Based at MacPherson / Tai Seng, you will handle AP/AR/GL, GST submissions, monthly financial statements, and audits in a fast-paced F&B environment.

You will also oversee monthly closings, bank reconciliations, budgeting support, and liaise with suppliers and customers on payment matters.

Responsibilities

• Full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, daily bookkeeping transactions
• Prepare GST submissions and support audit and tax matters
• Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing, year-end closing and ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agents, banks, and auditors and other external parties
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting transactions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters
• Support other finance and accounting duties as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, daily bookkeeping transactions
• Prepare GST submissions and support audit and tax matters

Requirements:

• Diploma, ACCA level 1 or 2, Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Min 3 to 5 years of full-set accounting experiences
• Experiences from Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be advantage
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST reporting
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software ABSS
