Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is hiring a permanent, full-time Finance Accountant in Singapore. Based at MacPherson/Tai Seng, you will manage full-set accounting including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closings, with GST compliance and budgeting support.

The role requires 3+ years’ experience and proficiency with ABSS/MYOB and Excel. You will prepare monthly statements, assist with audits, liaise with suppliers and customers, and contribute to year-end processes in a dynamic F&B environment.

Qualifications

• LCCI Diploma, ACCA Level 1 or 2, or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Min 3 years of relevant full-set accounting experiences.
• Preferably experience in F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ABSS (formerly MYOB).

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, daily bookkeeping transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing and year end closing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare GST submissions and support audit and tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters.
• Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agents, banks, and auditors and other external parties.
• Support other finance and accounting duties as required.
