Job summary

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is a well-known Singaporean food brand with outlets across Singapore. We are hiring a qualified accountant to manage full sets of accounts, GST submissions, and financial reporting.

This role requires coordination with auditors and tax agents, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in accounting, familiarity with SG GST, and proficiency in Excel and ABSS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACCA Level 1/2 or degree in accounting/finance.
• Min 3–5 years of full-set accounting experience.
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and ABSS accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL and daily bookkeeping.
• Prepare GST submissions and assist with audits and tax matters.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks and tax agents during audits.
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting transactions.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on payment matters.

Education

Diploma in Accounting/Finance

ACCA Level 1 or 2
