Job summary

GVENT ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage full-cycle accounting activities for a SME. The role involves data entry, financial reporting, and reconciliations using Zoho or MYOB, with GST knowledge and strong Excel skills.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in accounting/finance and at least three years of relevant experience. Independence, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience (SME experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience using accounting software (Zoho, MYOB) with data entry, reporting, reconciliations
• Knowledge of Singapore GST regulations and basic tax requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, well-organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to start on short notice
• Overtime may be required; overtime preferred
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; English proficiency
