Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive for a permanent role in East Singapore. The position supports full-set accounting, GST compliance and project-based costing across various engineering and import/export activities.

Responsibilities include AP/AR/GL, month-end closing, invoicing, supplier payments, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong Excel/QuickBooks skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience with full-set accounting exposure.
• Knowledge of GST, inventory accounting, project costing and shipment-related transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries and month-end closing.
• Prepare customer invoices, process supplier payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Maintain accurate accounting, GST and financial records, including quarterly GST submissions.
• Manage inventory records, stock reconciliation and shipment-related accounting documentation.
• Maintain project cost sheets and support project billing and revenue tracking.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and audit requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Support improvements to accounting processes, internal controls and reporting.
• Assist with business travel arrangements and other administrative duties when required.
