Job summary

P CONNECT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to support day-to-day financial transactions and reporting from their office in Town Area, Singapore.

This role reports to the Senior Accountant/Finance Manager and offers exposure to diverse client portfolios within an office-based setting. The ideal candidate holds a accounting-related degree or diploma, with 1-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Generate financial statements and management reports.
• Handle GST submissions and other statutory filings.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support senior accountants in client servicing and advisory work.
