Job summary

INTERISLAND TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage a full set of accounts including AP, AR and bank reconciliations.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, P&L and balance sheets with precise postings of revenue, expenses, accruals and provisions. You will monitor outlet-level financial performance, assist budgeting and forecasting, track variances and support cash flow planning.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, or professional qualifications is required.
• Meticulous documentation and filing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Able to handle full sets of accounts.
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a few full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Maintain a few full sets of accounts, including AP, AR , and bank reconciliations

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

• GST submission, IRAS filings, and statutory reporting
• Prepare audit schedules and support year-end audits
• Liaise with corporate secretaries on ACRA-related matters
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and internal controls

Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises
• Track variances between budget and actual results and provide explanations
• Support cash flow monitoring and planning

Job Requirements
