Job summary

TMS ALLIANCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent finance professional to manage the full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports, including project work-in-progress.

You will review the accounts of assistants, oversee cashflow by monitoring receivables, and assist in budgeting and statutory tax compliance. Applicants with ACCA/CA/ICAEW or a Diploma in Accountancy and at least 3 years in finance are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification required.
• Proactive, team player with good communication.
• Minimum 3 years financial-related experience; construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports (including project WIP) on time.
• Review the work of accounts assistant and provide guidance.
• Manage company cashflow by monitoring accounts receivable and liaising with customers.
• Prepare budget forecasts for the company.
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance by liaising with auditors and tax agents.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
