SF Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager in Singapore to oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and statutory compliance.

The role requires hands-on management of full accounting cycles and close collaboration with management on financial performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organised, and capable of coordinating with auditors, tax agents, and service providers while ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
• Experience in accounting, finance or a similar role.
• Experience with full sets of accounts is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management accounts.
• Manage customer collections, outstanding receivables and credit control.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Analyse revenue, expenses, margins and variances and highlight key issues to management.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, banks and other professional service providers.
• Assist with annual audits and ensure all required schedules and supporting documents are properly prepared.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support management with financial analysis
• Supervise or guide junior accounts staff where applicable.
