Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a seasoned accounts professional to manage a full set of accounts, cash flow, month-end and year-end activities. You will prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations and accounting schedules, and liaise with bankers and auditors.

You may lead junior staff and handle ad-hoc accounting tasks. The ideal candidate holds formal accounting qualifications, is meticulous with numbers, IT-savvy and capable of independent work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Financial Accounting qualifications and experience are a must.
• Meticulous & Accurate in his/her work especially with numbers.
• IT Savvy and knowledge of Accounting software required.
• Open-minded and independent individual preferred.
• Can work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of Accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities.
• Perform accurate data entry to computerized Accounting systems.
• Prepare full set of Accounts and bank reconciliation
• Prepare necessary Accounting schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc.
• Responsible for ad-hoc invoicing and Accounting functions.
• Liaise with bankers and auditors
• Able to lead juniors
• Other Ad-hoc duties or assignments.
