Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and management reports including variance analysis and identify key financial trends.
• Maintain revenue accounting processes, logs for invoices/AWB, and follow up on unbilled invoices.
• Manage fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
• Support SOX testing and internal control reviews for audits.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting.

Accounts Executive (1-Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial and management reports, conduct variance analysis and identify significant financial trends.
• Ensure revenue accounting compliance, maintain invoice/AWB logs and engine analysis records, and follow up on unbilled invoices.
• Manage fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Perform SOX testing and internal control reviews, supporting internal and external audits.
• Partner with different departments to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, Hyperion and SAP is an advantage.
• Audit experience is an advantage; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.

Other Information:

• Working Hours: 730am - 430pm
• Shuttle services will be provided from Woodlands, Yishun, Sengkang, Bedok and Tampines.
