Job summary

KAY LIM CONSTRUCTION & TRADING PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the finance team in Singapore. The role focuses on processing invoices, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely back-charge deductions.

You will assist in month-end and year-end closing, maintain accurate records, and work closely with supervisor to meet deadlines. Immediate start is preferred for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with minimum 2 to 4 years' relevant experience in similar position
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Sage ACCPAC software
• A mature self-starter who is able to work independently and as a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and have an eye for details
• Only Singaporeans and/or Singapore PR need apply
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
