Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive/Accounts Assistant to manage accounts payable and assist with month-end close in a fast-growing organization.

The incumbent should be meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. SAP experience is advantageous, and you will support finance projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of all accounts payable transactions
• Ensure invoices are posted into the accounting system with required documents and approvals
• Disburse petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation
• Ensure payments are processed and posted into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare monthly AP Reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate AP month-end closing
• Ensure compliance, accuracy and consistency of works done
• Support in Stock Take in South East Asia
• Support in Finance projects
• Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned.

Key Duties:

Accounts Payable

• Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of all accounts payable transactions
