Job summary

Rig Resources AP Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a meticulous finance professional to handle accounts payable, receivables and general ledger tasks. You will process vendor invoices, forecast cashflow, manage project billings, and assist with year-end close using Sage 300.

The role also involves month-end routines, audit coordination and ad-hoc reporting, offering exposure to tax matters and banking processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and GL tasks.
• Familiarity with monthly close processes and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with auditors and tax agents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cashbook and prepare freelance payment.
• Petty cash claim.
• Corporate cards and banking matter.
• Weekly cashflow forecast and projection.
• Job creation, timesheet entry, and HCM.
• Project billings, customer PO and aging receivables.
• Maintain customer portal.
• Query on project progress.
• Prepare JE for month-end and year-end closing.
• Month-end package, FS and maintain schedules.
• Record in Sage 300 and assist in year-end rollover.
• Internal ad-hoc reports.
