Job summary

AVA Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Finance professional to manage a full set of accounts and support our financial operations.

You will handle journal entries, bank reconciliations, cash flow projections and vendor payments, while ensuring compliance with internal controls. ACCA/LCCI or a accounting degree is required, with proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• LCCI/ACCA or Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience in full set accounts.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform and maintain the chart of accounts, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely billing, follow-up on payments, and intercompany support.
• Monitor and update daily bank balances to ensure accurate records.
• Serve as primary contact for all bank-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections for financial planning.

• Assist in implementing a new system for a smooth transition.

• Monitor and update daily bank balances to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Serve as primary point of contact for all bank-related matters, including account inquiries and transactions

• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections to assist in financial planning and decision-making

• Ensure proper accounting records and compliance with company policies

• Initiate and process payments to vendors and suppliers using online banking platforms, while adhering to payment schedules and financial controls

• Assist in implementing a new system to ensure a smooth transition
