Job summary

Citadel Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Accounts Assistant to manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, reconciliation, and fixed assets.

You will support accurate financial records and collaborate with the finance team. Responsibilities cover staff reimbursements, petty cash, month-end closing, and preparing concise financial reports. The role requires a Diploma in Accounting and at least two years of experience, preferably in construction or similar sectors, with strong SAP

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably with construction company experience.
• Well-versed in SAP Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation, and Fixed Assets management .
• Process staff reimbursement claims.
• Handle petty cash and deposits .
• Carry out month-end accounts closing .
• Prepare and compile accurate accounts reports .
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
