Job summary

Citadel Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, reconciliation, and fixed assets, ensuring accurate financial records.

The role also involves staff reimbursements, petty cash handling, and supporting month-end closing and reporting. A Diploma in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience are preferred, with construction industry experience a plus. Working hours are 8am-6pm across a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Construction industry experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with SAP Accounting.
• Willing to work 5-day week (8am-6pm).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including AP, AR, reconciliation, and Fixed Assets management.
• Process staff reimbursement.
• Handle petty cash and deposits.
• Carry out month-end accounts closing.
• Prepare and compile accurate accounts reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
