TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on accounts professional to manage day-to-day financial operations in Singapore. The role covers AP/AR, reconciliations, fixed assets and month-end close, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

You will process staff reimbursements, handle petty cash, and contribute to ad-hoc financial tasks as required. Diploma in Accounting and SAP accounting knowledge are essential, with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably with construction company experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Accounting.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily accounts functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliation and Fixed Assets Management
• Process staff reimbursement
• Handle petty cash
• Carry out month-end accounts closing
• Prepare and compile accurate accounts reports
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
