Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage the AP function across Southeast Asia, ensuring timely processing of payments and adherence to internal controls.

The role is based in Woodlands, Singapore, with standard Mon-Fri hours. You will handle supplier statement reconciliations, employee expense claims, bank reconciliations, and assist with cash flow forecasting to support month-end closing and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Accounts Payable for multi-entity or regional setups.
• Familiarity with internal controls and SOX-like processes is a plus.
• Ability to perform reconciliations and process weekly payment runs.

• Manage the full Accounts Payable function for entities across the SEA region.
• Process weekly payment runs in accordance with internal controls and approval policies.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and employee expense claims / reimbursements and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct weekly bank reconciliations and support month-end closing process.
• Assist with the preparation and monitoring of weekly cash flow forecasts.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
