THE DRX MEDISPA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional in Singapore to manage revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

The role focuses on reconciling revenue, supporting payments, and maintaining audit schedules to enable efficient financial processes. You will handle monthly reconciliations, inventory valuation, GTO reporting, and banking reconciliations, while performing general administrative duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile monthly and yearly revenue to ensure compliance with FRS 115 accounting standards and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare weekly payment documents to support timely and accurate vendor and supplier payments
• Develop and maintain audit schedules to facilitate efficient and thorough financial audits
• Perform monthly and yearly inventory reconciliation and revaluation to ensure accurate inventory records and valuation
• Submit monthly Gross Turnover (GTO) reports to relevant authorities accurately and on time
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records
• Perform general administrative duties
