SPORTSIN ORTHOPAEDIC CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support daily finance operations.

You will handle debit/credit postings, staff claims, and supplier invoices in the accounting system. The role covers month-end closing, reconciliations, prepayments and accruals, and journal postings, plus cash flow planning and daily updates. You may assist with company secretarial matters and milestone project accounting to ensure timely billing and revenue

Responsibilities

• Prepare debit / credit notes and posting entries to accounting system.
• Check and process staff claims, suppliers' invoices and payments.
• Manage month end closing; ensure month-end reconciliations, prepayments and accruals are posted.
• Manage cashflow planning and daily cash position updates.
• Assist with company secretarial matters.
• Support milestone projects accounting; ensure invoices are billed and revenue recognised.
• Assist in AR processes; optimise outstanding payments owed to the company.

Job description

The duties include assisting accounts for the following:

• Prepare debit / credit notes and posting entries to accounting system.
• Check and process staff claims, suppliers' invoices and payments.
• Managing month end closing. Ensuring all month-end reconciliation are performed, prepayment and accrual and journal are properly prepared and posted.
• Manage cashflow planning, daily cash position update.
• Responsible for company secretarial matters
• Assist in milestone projects accounting and ensure all invoices are promptly billed and revenue is recognised properly.
• Assist in the AR process, ensuring and improving the total outstanding payments owing to the companies.
