Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage the complete accounts function, including month-end closing and financial reporting.

The role covers processing invoices, vendor payments, and maintaining the monthly cash book, while ensuring secure archiving of all invoices and statements. You will input and post customer invoices and receipts, verify employee claims, and ensure accurate financial data across all ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Processing invoices and handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee the monthly cash book.
• Verify and process employee claims.
• File, archive, and maintain all invoices and statements of accounts securely.
