IM Space Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an accounting professional for the Finance & Administration department. You will handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, manage documentation, and assist in bank reconciliations.
The ideal candidate has a minimum NITEC or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and preferably MYOB Accounting Software. Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
Perform data entry accurately into the accounting system
Process Accounts Payable (AP), including supplier invoices and payment preparation
Process Accounts Receivable (AR), including issuing invoices, monitoring collections, and following up on outstanding payments
Prepare Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, Tax Invoices and Credit Notes when required
Maintain and update customer invoices and project master records
Perform filing and maintain proper documentation for accounting records
Reconcile suppliers' statements and sending SOA to customers
Assist with GST, audit and other statutory reporting by preparing the required supporting documents
Assist in bank reconciliations and support month-end/year-end closing
Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments regarding accounting matters
Provide general administrative support to the Finance & Administration department
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior or Management
Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Basic understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. 1–3 years of accounting or administrative experience will be an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience using MYOB Accounting Software is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in other accounting software and a willingness to learn MYOB are also encouraged to apply.
