• Enter supplier invoices and other payable transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist with preparation and processing of payments to suppliers.
• Reconcile corporate credit-card transactions and supporting documents.
• Record and reconcile customer payments received.
• Maintain and file Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable documentation.
• Year-end reconciliation, prepare schedules and quarterly GST preparation.
• Provide general administrative support as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, delivery documentation and supporting records
• Enter supplier invoices and other payable transactions into the accounting system
• Assist with preparation and processing of payments to suppliers
• Reconcile corporate credit-card transactions and supporting documents
• Reconcile company vehicle and fuel-related expenses
• Maintain, scan and file Accounts Payable documentation
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and supporting documents
• Submit invoices through customer portals where required
• Record and reconcile customer payments received
• Maintain and file Accounts Receivable documentation
• Year-end reconciliation, prepare schedules and quarterly GST preparation
• Provide general administrative support as required

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience
