Job summary

DIVA'S INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the company’s day-to-day financial activities in Singapore.

You will handle the full set of accounts, AR/AP, and prepare monthly statements and management reports. You will perform bank reconciliations, payment processing, invoice handling, and assist with GST submissions. The role involves liaising with auditors, tax consultants, suppliers and customers, ensuring records comply with internal policies

• Perform bank reconciliations, payment processing, and invoice handling.

• Ensure financial records are accurate and comply with company policies and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
