Job summary

ALLEGIANCE AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a meticulous accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.

You will support monthly, quarterly and annual closings, prepare GST submissions, accruals and financial reports, and liaise with auditors, banks and tax agents. The role requires detail orientation and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts Receivable including payment posting and AR aging.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing and prepare required financial reports.
• Prepare GST submissions, maintain accruals/prepayment schedules, and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards.
• Liaise with customers, auditors, banks and tax agents; assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial documentation.
• Provide support for audit, tax filing and ad hoc finance projects.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
