Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent accounting qualification required.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records.
• Assist with AP and AR functions.
• Process supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipts, vouchers and expense claims.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Assist with stationery and grocery inventory control.
• Support staff welfare and administrative matters.
