Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter financial transactions, cash receipts, and vendor invoices into accounting systems.
• Prepare, send, and track customer invoices, and monitor or process vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain organized physical and digital financial records, receipts, and ledger documentation.
• Assist with journal entries, trial balances, and annual audit preparations.
• Respond to vendor and customer billing questions, and liaise with internal teams.
