• Process accounts receivable and payable, supplier invoices, and data entry.
• Follow up on accounts receivable, assist with invoice issuance, credit notes, and accounting records.
• Manage expense reimbursements.
• Manage documents (contracts, invoices, PO).
• Process office supplies, packages, and mail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for accounting, data analysis and resolving breaks
