Job summary

ANTAI CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Clerk to support daily accounting tasks in Singapore. You will process invoices, prepare payments, reconcile vendor balances, and assist with journals, accruals, and prepayments.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting/finance preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and prepare payments according to policy.
• Resolve vendor queries and post receipts promptly.
• Post journals, accruals/prepayments, and maintain reconciliations.
• Verify codes, ensure GST/tax compliance, and prepare reimbursements.
• Assist with schedules, trial balance checks, and variance notes.
• Maintain vendor/customer master data and assist audits.
