Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Manager (AP) to oversee accounts payable, fixed assets, and the timely payment of invoices. Located in Central Singapore, the role includes relocation to Paya Lebar / Tai Seng area around Q2 2027.

You will lead the AP team, ensure policy compliance, manage cash flow projections, and support month-end closing. A accounting degree with 5-7 years of experience and Navision familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable and supervise AP team.
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections and monitor funds.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of AP subledger.
• Prepare AP reports for monthly and yearly closing and variance analysis.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting of direct costs and expenses.
• Oversee outsource vendor performance and ensure deliverables.
