Job summary

MARTINO AGENCY is seeking an Account Executive to identify business opportunities and manage customer relationships in Singapore. You will be responsible for preserving and expanding the customer base, managing the full sales cycle, and presenting solutions to clients.

You will build long-term partnerships, handle after-sales support, and maintain strong client communication to meet needs and resolve issues, contributing to growth and reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role.
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
