Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and full sets of accounts for its commodity trading and shipping entities.

The role covers financial reporting, tax compliance and audit support, with opportunities to improve processes and internal controls. You will handle AR/AP, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, journal entries and month-end closing. Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in English and

3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in shipping/commodity trading is an advantage.
Able to handle full sets of accounts with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Singapore GST, withholding tax and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations for trading and shipping entities, including AR/AP and reconciliations.
Prepare full sets of accounts, general ledger, journal entries, accruals and month-end closing.
Prepare GST returns and withholding tax filings; liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Maintain proper accounting records and support process improvements.
