Job summary

• Understand and execute end-to-end accounting chain from shippers invoicing to customer invoicing and audits
• Liaise with insurance agencies for marine/cargo insurance
• Establish relationships with overseas team members, bankers and traders

• Prepare and generate related invoices and credit notes timely
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable and payments and maintain billing system
• Appreciate, understand, and execute the entire chain of account end to end (i.e. from shippers invoicing/payment to customer invoicing/payments till Audit)
• Liaise with insurance agencies for marine/cargo insurance.
• Establish relationship with overseas team members / Bankers & traders.
