Job summary

big - foot logistic pte ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the full spectrum of financial accounting, including month-end closing, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of relevant experience, a diploma or degree in accounting, knowledge of AP, AR and general accounting, and strong communication with integrity to handle confidential information. Oracle Netsuite experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AP, AR and General Accounting.
• Experience in Oracle Netsuite is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of financial accounting activities, including month-end closing, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and management accounting deliverables.
• Liaise with auditor for annual audit.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to support management decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls, and documentation; support ad hoc projects.
• Ensure financial information is accurate and confidential.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reporting and management accounting deliverables.
• Liaise with auditor for annual audit
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to support management decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, controls, and documentation while supporting ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Ensure financial information is accurate and confidential
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager

About you
