Job summary

KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting and payroll functions for a construction-focused operation.

You will handle intercompany balances, GST returns, bank reconciliations, audits, and compliance while coordinating with auditors and tax agents. A diploma/degree in accounting or finance with at least 3 years' local construction experience is required.

• Minimum 3 years in local construction firm with audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounting functions
• Process and ensure all invoices are accurately record in the accounting System

• Assist in preparation and submission of GST returns
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents and other professionals for audit, compliance and taxation
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, assist with filing, data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining records.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Manage CPF contributions and statutory submissions, including IR8A, IR21, and other payroll-related compliance requirements.
