Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accountant to manage a full set of accounts, oversee tax matters, and prepare financial statements. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Accounting and have at least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

This permanent role requires proficiency in accounting software like ABSS and QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of GST regulations. Strong attention to financial best practices is essential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.45 pm, with a salary package offering basic pay up to $5,000 plus bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger.
• Handle tax matters, including quarterly GST filings and corporate income tax.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Work with the finance team and other departments to keep financial data accurate and current.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement more efficient financial practices.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role; experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, including GST regulations and reporting requirements.
• Proficient with ABSS (MYOB) and QuickBooks accounting software.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial best practices.
