Job summary

ALLMED PTE. LTD. is seeking an accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts, including data compilation, bookkeeping, GST submission, and corporate tax computation.

You will prepare monthly management accounts and yearly financial reports while assisting in budgeting and planning. Responsibilities also include inventory management, processing invoices, and handling various admin tasks. A degree in a related field and proficiency in MS Excel are required; knowledge of accounting

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in a related field.
• Familiar with MS Excel; knowledge & experience in using accounting software will be advantageous.
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Positive attitude, meticulous and someone with initiative.
• Hardworking, fast learner and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, data compilation and bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and yearly financial reports; GST submission and corporate tax computation.
• Manage inventory: stocktaking and reconciliation.
• Handle emails, tenders, audits, fact checks, and resolve discrepancies.
• Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc tasks from Finance Manager.
