Job summary

Mavenside Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts for our logistics operations in Tampines. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

You will perform month-end closing, prepare P&L and balance sheet, handle GST filings, payroll and CPF matters, and prepare audit schedules. A minimum of 3 years local accounting experience and excellent Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Singapore.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Experience in AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Able to handle month-end closing and prepare P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Experience in GST preparation and filing.
• Experience in payroll and CPF matters.
• Able to prepare schedules and supporting documents for external auditors.
